Our Standard Services feature the basic services we provide for every client. We also offer Advanced Services for items that may be more complex or require more in-depth work.

We will review your consumer reports from the respective consumer reporting agencies for adverse items that may be harmful to your credit rating. We will review items for reporting compliance, timeliness, obsolescence, accuracy and completeness. Our plan for disputing and challenging these items is based on our findings.
Review consumer reports published by Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion; the 3 National Consumer Reporting Agencies.

Identify adverse items to be disputed and/or challenged.
Prepare a strategic plan to dispute your adverse items.
Prepare a plan for improving, building, and/or rebuilding your credit rating.
Communicate with consumer reporting agencies.

You are entitled to free credit repair services when:
An account reporting on a consumer report, having been deleted as a direct result of a dispute submitted by BCC or KRZ, reappears on a consumer report, published at least 60 days post deletion, by the same consumer reporting agency, OR
An account reporting on a consumer report, having been updated as a direct result of a dispute submitted by BCC or KRZ, later reports on a consumer report, published at least 60 days post update, by that same consumer reporting agency, with the same erroneous data that was originally disputed by BCC or KRZ, AND
The affected consumer reports are published by EQ, EX, TU consumer reporting agencies (Does not apply to consumer reports published by any other consumer reporting agencies), AND
The affected account is being reported by the same data furnisher, with the same account number, and appears on the consumer report published by the same consumer reporting agency as it was when it was originally disputed by BCC or KRZ, AND
The account was not disputed with one consumer reporting agency and post deletion or update, appears on a different consumer report published by a different consumer reporting agency (ie: Account deleted from EQ report and later appears on TU report), AND
The affected account was not disputed by the client and/or a different credit repair organization after being disputed by BCC or KRZ, AND
Your account with BCC or KRZ is current or closed in good standing.
Services may include additional rounds of disputes submitted by BCC or KRZ, OR referral to consumer law attorney for legal action, if such action is warranted, at the discretion of BCC or KRZ.
Service guarantee is considered “performed” after the desired outcome has been achieved, OR no more than 3 rounds of disputes have been submitted to the consumer reporting agency and/or data furnisher, OR the case has been transferred to a consumer law attorney with the permission of the client; whichever concludes first.
Boe Credit Consulting cannot guarantee a specific outcome or result as it relates to the improvement of your consumer reports and/or scores. BCC can only provide a guarantee for the services provided in the effort to improve your consumer reports and/or scores. If you are charged for credit repair services, you are not paying for a specific outcome or result as it relates to your consumer reports and/or scores; BCC is charging only for the performance of services, specified in the client contract, in the effort to improve your consumer reports and/or scores.
