DEBT DISCLOSURE

While the process of credit restoration or credit improvement can result in inaccurate or unverifiable accounts being deleted from consumer credit reports, the deletion of the account itself DOES NOT invalidate or eliminate the associated debt. Whether an account is reporting on a consumer's credit reports or not, when the debt is valid, the consumer is still financially responsible for the repayment of the debt. The only way to remove the responsibility to repay the associated debt is through debt elimination. If you believe a debt is not valid, we recommend seeking the advice of an attorney to dispute the validity of the debt.

PUBLIC RECORDS DISCLOSURE

While the process of credit repair can sometimes get inaccurate or unverifiable public records suppressed or deleted from reporting on your credit reports, credit repair DOES NOT eliminate the actual public records. Actual public records may continue to be discoverable at the courthouse in which the case was heard. Cases heard and decided in the federal court system are entered into the Public Access to Court Electronic Records website (PACER.gov). PACER can be accessed by anyone who pays to use the website.
