FIND THE HELP YOUR CLIENTS NEED
According to loan-level mortgage data from the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act, the denial rate for conventional, single-family loan was 18.8% in 2019 (this figure does not include withdrawn and incomplete applications). Almost 35% of these denials were based on the applicant's credit history.
Roughly 30% of US consumers have poor credit, or as I say - are credit challenged. This equates to more than 99 million consumers who are unable to qualify for a home loan, a home improvement loan, or lower rates on lines of credit that would ease their financial burden.

WHY BOE CREDIT CONSULTING
Aside from our ability to help you close more deals without increasing your marketing budget or the number of leads you currently work with by turning your credit-challenged and ineligible leads into credit worthy buyers...
Boe Credit Consulting is a credit repair firm that operates legally and ethically under state and federal laws. We only do legitimate credit repair; we do not use any gimmicky and illegal tactics such as credit sweeps in order to improve a consumer’s credit file.
We are board-certified credit consultants, which means we must demonstrate our aptitude and expertise with regard to operating a credit services organization and performing credit repair and improvement services.
We receive training and education in all areas of credit repair, including the familiarity and compliance with myriad federal and state laws related to operating a credit repair organization, familiarity, and expert knowledge with regard to credit reporting and consumer protection laws, as well as the industry standards with which consumer reporting agencies and their data furnishers must comply. We also regularly participate in continuing education programs as it relates to the credit repair industry.
We are also excited to be able to say that Boe Credit Consulting is backed by a nationwide network of consumer protection attorneys. We partner with these attorneys to handle legal issues for our clients when we find violations of state and federal laws and industry standards as it pertains to the reporting of debt contained in a consumer’s credit file as well as the debt collection practices of these companies.
We practice pre-litigation techniques in our credit improvement process which means that we operate under the theory that every client’s case has the potential to go to court and everything we do has the potential of being introduced as evidence in that case. Therefore, we do not operate in a way that would cause a judge or jury to question the reliability, legality, legitimacy, or ethical nature of the work we perform for our clients.
As you can imagine, no reputable attorney would work with a credit repair firm that they could not trust as being reliable, legitimate, legal, and ethical. Our work ends up being the basis for these lawsuits and no attorney would want to present and defend our work as evidence in their case if they were not able to rely on our work being legitimate, legal and ethical.
The vast majority of credit repair firms operating today cannot say they have any kind of relationship with a consumer protection attorney. So, we take the ability to maintain our attorney relationships very seriously.
